Went to visit my boss AZ at Singapore General Hospital. It's a bit shocking to hear that he's being hospitalised. Here's the conversation at site when I hear about the news...

RTOC: How old is he?

ASJG: 40-50++ Years Old

ME: 41 or 42 only lah...

RTOC: Quite young mah...

ASJG: Yah loh, he got a youngest child 1 year 7 months only...

ME: hey hey hey... Only hospitalise lah... Haven die yet!!!

Total is only S$28 for 3 persons. It's really CHEAP!

Dinner at Edogawa

Today's dinner is at Edogawa located at Central. It's not a fantastic dinner, cos all of us agreed that there is NO japanese Chef inside the kitchen!
I'm a Japanese Curry Craze... So I will have Japanese Curry. They do not have Japanese Curry Udon, thus I have Japanese Curry Katsu Don.

Doraemon had Beef Fried Kway Teow, but it's simply too salty for us.

Facial @ Modern Beauty (Giman)

Had a facial appointment at modern beauty (giman) chinatown outlet today with Vernice. I remembered when I missed the last appointment due to the Greenmark Manager Course Meeting, she told me about having dinner at a Vegetarian Restaurant alone. *paiseh*

Today, after walking along chinatown food street, looking for dinner, i asked her about the restaurant and we went to DELIVEGE for our dinner. Once we entered the little shop, the first thing i noticed is the poor ventilation inside the store, i could smell the grease from the kitchen immediately -_-

However, i got used to it shortly anyway. I ordered curry udon and Vernice ordered claypot rice. Both of us had Lemon, Orange & Carrot Juice as it mentioned "chronic fatigue fighter" =P. The waiteress recommended a mushroom side order which I find it very nice and would it to try it myself at home.

Happening Evening

Had a pretty Happening evening today. It was so fun and enjoyable.

Round 1, went to have Japanese Dinner at NANJYA Restaurant located at Clarke Quay, one of the favourite food i'd like there is the curry udon. One of the BEST which I had tried before ;P

Other food taste good also!!! Actually, nothing taste bad lah.. All food served there are SUPERB!!!

Round 2 went for a Short Champange Drink Celebration, at UE2, it have very big, comfortable and nice sofa. However, it is very pricey and there's a cover charge
Round 3 went for karaoke at a pub, quite nice, especially the birthday cakes from Canele ;P

Dinner at Yakinikutei Ao-chan

Had dinner at Yakinikutei Ao-chan located at Le Meridian Shopping Center. Dinner there is splendid except for the greasy after feeling. The meat there (beef) is simply superb!!! It's a MUST-GO place ;)

Food Testing Lunch at Ritz Carlton

My Dinner & Dance this year would be at Ritz Carlton. There happened to be 2 extra seats and I happened to be at the correct place at the correct time..... Muahaha.... equals free lunch....

This year D&D would be on 18th December 2008, Thursday Evening. The theme is "SHINE".....

Doreamon's Birthday ドラえもんの誕生日

It's doraemon's birthday. I bought a cake for the MOST UNROMANTIC MAN IN THE WORLD!!! Here's what happened!

11:55pm: Doraemon went into the room to sleep. The first thing which came to my mind is that he's "pretending" to sleep, so that I can make my "surprise" appearance and sing him the birthday song, and he would kiss me and says, "I love You!"

12:01am: I opened up the cake and put the Happy Birthday Tag and the candle on the cake. I'd lighted up the candle and carefully bring the cake to his room. As expected, he "was sleeping". I shook him a bit to wake him up

Doraemon totally freaked out!!! "WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH THE CAKE IN THE ROOM? WHAT IF THE CHOCOLATE BITS DROPPED OR WHAT?" Did I told you before that he's extremely clean conscious?

At this point, i totally dunno what to do, So i asked, "that I supposed to sing you your birthday song or what?"

Doraemon blows out the candle on the cake, and said, "You can go out liao"

.... Very amazing first unexpected experiences...

I've arranged to bring doraemon to sentosa, shangri la hotel (rasa sentosa resort), Barnacles for dinner, romantic or not? We stroll along the siloso beach from beach station to rasa sentosa resort.
I've made a reservation for two facing the sea view, smoking seats just for doraemon. romantic hor. but our reservation is at 7pm, we reached rasa sentosa resort about 5:30pm, so we took a drink at the lounge first. Here's some random photos taken with my nikon camera. I'm playing with the macro mode.

I think this flower is ixora, From my previous project, I knew that there's different type of ixora, at least two different types, one normal and one giant. hahahaThis is me outside barnacles, how I wish I got photoshop to edit myself to a chiobu. I need a rebond, colour and hair cut desperately. Any sponsors?I only took a bit of our dinner as the lighting is not so good and a bit paiseh to keep taking photos, might as well enjoy the dinner hor. I had four treasure soup and he had black chicken soup. In my opinion, the Chinese soup tastes better than the soup in the western menu.

While drinking the soup. an 4 piece acappella cam to our table to sing for us. We were totally lost as this is our first experience, they sang "I can't help falling in love with you" (ELVIS). So romantic hor, I think doraemon also a bit touched. haha

I also ordered one serving of foie gras (S$26 at barnacles) as they are simply so delicious, but then i feel that those I had eaten at japanese restaurants taste so much better.

This is my order of Australia tenderloin with fries. I sorta regretted after I saw doraemon's main course. Although this is not the first time I'm having tenderloin at barnacles.This is his mixed grill, consisted of beef, mutton and king prawn, comes with potato gratin. compared to mine, this one seems so much more worth it!
