Doreamon's Birthday ドラえもんの誕生日

It's doraemon's birthday. I bought a cake for the MOST UNROMANTIC MAN IN THE WORLD!!! Here's what happened!

11:55pm: Doraemon went into the room to sleep. The first thing which came to my mind is that he's "pretending" to sleep, so that I can make my "surprise" appearance and sing him the birthday song, and he would kiss me and says, "I love You!"

12:01am: I opened up the cake and put the Happy Birthday Tag and the candle on the cake. I'd lighted up the candle and carefully bring the cake to his room. As expected, he "was sleeping". I shook him a bit to wake him up

Doraemon totally freaked out!!! "WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH THE CAKE IN THE ROOM? WHAT IF THE CHOCOLATE BITS DROPPED OR WHAT?" Did I told you before that he's extremely clean conscious?

At this point, i totally dunno what to do, So i asked, "that I supposed to sing you your birthday song or what?"

Doraemon blows out the candle on the cake, and said, "You can go out liao"

.... Very amazing first unexpected experiences...

I've arranged to bring doraemon to sentosa, shangri la hotel (rasa sentosa resort), Barnacles for dinner, romantic or not? We stroll along the siloso beach from beach station to rasa sentosa resort.
I've made a reservation for two facing the sea view, smoking seats just for doraemon. romantic hor. but our reservation is at 7pm, we reached rasa sentosa resort about 5:30pm, so we took a drink at the lounge first. Here's some random photos taken with my nikon camera. I'm playing with the macro mode.

I think this flower is ixora, From my previous project, I knew that there's different type of ixora, at least two different types, one normal and one giant. hahahaThis is me outside barnacles, how I wish I got photoshop to edit myself to a chiobu. I had four treasure soup and he had black chicken soup. In my opinion, the Chinese soup tastes better than the soup in the western menu.

While drinking the soup. an 4 piece acappella cam to our table to sing for us. We were totally lost as this is our first experience, they sang "I can't help falling in love with you" (ELVIS). So romantic hor, I think doraemon also a bit touched. haha

I also ordered one serving of foie gras (S$26 at barnacles) as they are simply so delicious, but then i feel that those I had eaten at japanese restaurants taste so much better.

This is my order of Australia tenderloin with fries. I sorta regretted after I saw doraemon's main course. Although this is not the first time I'm having tenderloin at barnacles.This is his mixed grill, consisted of beef, mutton and king prawn, comes with potato gratin. compared to mine, this one seems so much more worth it!
