I woked up early (9++am) this morning and went to the market to get the prawns, chicken, meat etc for the chinese new year eve's reunion dinner for doreamon's family & first day's lunch. First meal would be 6-10 people and the second meal would be about 20 people. On my first trip, I bought 2kg worth of "premium" prawns (1kg=S$25), one whole chicken for curry, 2 wings & 2 drumsticks, 1kg of pork for sweet and sour pork. Taking all the loots home, i began the preparation work for the food, trimming the prawns, washing the chicken again, cutting and marinating the pork.

After counting the prawns, I know this is a bit calculative but I learned this from my grandma. There is only 46 prawns in all for 2kg. which means each prawn is S$1.08. Expensive hor, but the main point is, there is NOT ENOUGH prawns for the whole family. Hehe, I already cook more than 10 for our private "food tasting", so left 36 only. I estimated (36-15=21, based on one person eat 1.5!!! Cannot be 21 prawns for 20 people hor.

So I went down to the market and buy two kg of prawns more, this time round, QUANTITY is more important than QUALITY. one kg only S$18. The stall uncle was so happy, that he packed my prawns in the plastic bag, then put all the stuff in a 美珍香肉干(barbuecue sweetmeat) PAPER BAG. Aiyoh.. make me so paiseh. I told the uncle "no need", but he still carry on. Actually I'm quite happy that I am given "better service" despite the paper bag is stained with a bit of dried vegetable; and i love the toughfulness of the stall uncle =)

"EXAM" over

Today's safety "exam" is 6:30pm 6:45pm to 8:30pm(??), consist of 100MCQs, so i use "exam" to instead of exam :P

The safety "Exam" is finally over. I was one of the first to leave the examination room, which is definately NOT my common practice. I would usually sleep inside for about 50% of the time, check my paper question by question, then hand up my paper. But this once, I finished in slightly more than half an hour for the two hour paper, was sitting there day dreaming, trying to waste time.

Invigilator: Have you finished?
Keelyn: yah...
Invigilator: Then you can leave the room already.
Keelyn: *Sian half* okay

So the invigilator waited for me to leave the room, so I have no choice but to leave the room loh. First one leh, at 7:20pm... Wanted to waste time there, until the 9pm keyboard lesson. So I went to the hawker centre nearby to eat, walked around cold storage looking for lamb chops for wednesday BBQ, waste time here and there, before I reach the music school early :)

Presentation Over :)

Hahaha... My presentation is over (not I present lah!!!). I wasted whole afternoon sitting there, "showing interest" in the presentation...

The presentation starts at 2pm. My boss and I happily got a coffee each without lunch due to insufficient, hopes that the presentation would end in an hour time or so, so that we can have a hearty late lunch...

but...

The presentation went all the way to 6pm.... I can hear OUR tummies grumbling... :X

Last Lesson for BCSS

Today's the last lesson for BCSS and the examination of 100 MCQ would be on 5th Nov 2007, Monday. I'm so proud of myself because I signed all my attandance myself. It's something which I never done for so many years....

Something special about today's lesson is the lecturer. It's a SHE. So after the lesson, she went through today's notes with us (me, some local, and a lot a lot of friendly Ah nehs(means older bro in tamil)).

Entertaining Conversation:

Lecturer: Did other lectuerers go through the tips with u all?
US: No leh, they all (previous 9 lecturers) say leave it for the last lesson.

So she BO-BIAN (No choice), but to go though the tips with us from lesson 1 with us with a Kanna-Dua Face.
After some time....

Lecturer: The other lecturers really DIN go through the notes with you all?
US: Yah lah, they say last lesson MOST IMPORTANT.

Lol... Think that she's the best liao, she still go through all the notes with us. and the lesson went through until after the schedule.

After the lesson, we were told to give back the evaluation form for all the 9 lessons. I gave her 5/5 while I gave other lecturers 4/5 only :P

I'm back!

HIHI, I'm back! Finally can be online at home, using my company labtop... Haha, I dunno how to configurate the wireless connection and i "consulted" my boss just now. and it's simple and it's done now!!!

But then, there's no photos to show at the moment, because stupid me spoilt the card reader of this labtop, dun ask me how... or some of you might be able to guess how I spoilt the card reader :X

My Labtop is dead...

One day I heard the music repeat continuously on my labtop. I knew that it's hanging.... I pressed the power off button to restart it. During that time, it's late at night, I felt tired so I went to sleep till the following day..

The following day, I turned on my labtop and went to bath... After I finished bathing... the labtop is still restarting continuously... :(

My labtop's dead...

Waiting...

Now, I'm waiting for my dear doraemon to come back home.... Hey... Dear Dear, faster come home leh.... I've lighted aromatherapy essential oil and turned on the aircon waiting for you hor...

Life had been full of schedule to fufill, there's lots of things to do. How I wish that I can go for a holiday to somewhere with air-con... lol... Will need "some mechnical engineer" to help or my doraemon to do some magic...

Doraemon is going to japan for a week from 12-nov. Book me! Book Me!!!

New Ram Added

Yippee... I finally for new ram added for my office labtop, it's now upgraded from 256mb to 1GB...

I love the word "upgrade" =P

Deal Clinched

I've been so busy in these two weeks for a big project presentation, although this presentation is very challenging, but I feel that the support from surrounding is never enough. I have been woring during working hours and after working hours for so many continuously :(

I've recently clinched a new deal from my old horse friend on top of my busy. Is that lucky or what? I should not let opportunities slipped by so easily, so I have make use of all the opportunities to make up for my demand of self expectation. Is it that My self expectation of myself is too high?

I was feeling so tired and helpless when things corked up again. Really dunno how to put things straight. Anyway, I'm used to not having my way and believed that lady luck is not on my side. I always have to do things the hard way, even for relationships.

How much further can I push myself?

Bo liao me was waiting for my doraemon whilst he buy his 4D, saw this greyish white cat which seems quite pretty to me. So I took out my camera and snap some photos.

While waiting for doraemon at the atm machine next to the market, I saw another cat with brown patches. What interested me is that thing in it's mouth. It's a MOUSE.

Who says singapore cats do not catch mouse.

Eventful day

It was a fine monday, there's completely NO MONDAY BLUES... hehe... cos I'm not working lah... Lots of random pictures to share. Thanks to my Model, Mr Michael to try out my camera. He's still single & available hor.

Next we went to downtown east, wanted to go to the jackpot room, but only gold NTUC members can go in, signed up for one on the spot. Cost me $9/month plus $2 for the instant photo. That's a bad move. Nothing much inside that jackpot room, only 5 lines max for the machines and the cheapest is 20 cents per line. Expensive hor. I miss genting! We left the place fast to prevent further damage!

Bought 3 tickets for 200 Pounds Beauty, (will I be a beauty when I reach 200 pounds?) It's a highly recommended movie for people like me :) This picture is taken at coffee bean outside century square. I like this pic most, do you?

That's me with my Handphone outside McDonalds at Tampines Mall. I was screaming at my handphone talking to my good friend before that, think something is wrong with my handphone. It was quite embarrassing, cos people nearby moved away :X

Lastly, we went to karaoke at secret garden at serangoon gardens. That's me... I think my eyes are too small, might want to do eye lashes extension... lol
