We went to Parkway Parade to get my handphone charger, followed by cycling at ECP. Then shopping for ingredients at Giant.Tonight's dinner shall be Scallop Mee Sua... I would always prefered Oyster Mee Sua, but doraemon's tummy cannot take it one =(
I mixed the instant Oyster Mee Sua (百福蚵仔麵線)with chicken stock i prepared (cooked for more than 3 hrs, stored in the freezer). Added in ingredients like enoki mushrooms and scallops.. It's very difficult to get fresh scallop from supermarket. So we opt for frozen ones... Which one would u choose?
