I have taken a fancy on pork ribs recently. all because of the christmas eve dinner, the not-so-successful pork ribs. Today I tried again with some pork ribs which I had marinaded two days ago. This time round, the pork ribs taste good, however abit on the salthy side. I deep fried these ribs using small flame. From my last experience, it's better to choose ribs with more flesh cos they will shrink slightly after cooking.When can i get my conventional oven?
