Rack of Pork

I we

nt to the market this morning to buy a rack of pork ribs, cost me $23.50 for about 1kg ;(

Marinade with some salt, black pepper, lemon juice etc etc and let it rest.

Above is the rack of pork before roasting it

I've also stir fry some fresh assorted mushrooms together with some sauce.

The roasted rack of pork looks good and but would taste better with one more hour of roasting :)

The inside is a bit pinkish but doraemon can only eat well done food :Þ

Nice Attempt, will do better next time

Yummy =P

Doraemon took me for a movie at GV plaza Singapura today. We watched SEX IS ZERO 2. We watched the movie using HSBC's Everyday Movie Privileges Prepaid Card, the average cost per movie ticket is $7.50. So when we watch movies on weekends. We will save $4 per Pair of tickets.

Today, bought some new product from the supermarket to try out. The ever popular taiwan sausages and new Coffee-O Ribs.

Nice food to go munch while watching TV.

The Coffee-O Ribs taste good! I took a look at the recipe and surprised to see only 4 simple ingredients> Soya Sauce, Coffee Powder, Sugar and Sesame Oil. Amazing.

New Fancy on Pork Ribs

I have taken a fancy on pork ribs recently. all because of the christmas eve dinner, the not-so-successful pork ribs. Today I tried again with some pork ribs which I had marinaded two days ago. This time round, the pork ribs taste good, however abit on the salthy side. I deep fried these ribs using small flame. From my last experience, it's better to choose ribs with more flesh cos they will shrink slightly after cooking.

When can i get my conventional oven?
