Monday's Dinner

I've moved to my NEW Site Office at Marina Bay today. I will post my new table tomorrow. However, I'm still maintaining my table at Parkway Parade HQ...

I can reach home using a shorter period of time. Today, I've cook black pepper beef from Valentine's day Leftover tenderloin, Baby Kailan with Scallop, Baby Kailan are yesterday's left from yesterday half packet. I've got a craving for wanton soup today, so I've made some too :)

By the time we finished eating, it's already 9:30pm

Sunday's Dinner

Today's Dinner consist of Ginseng Chicken Soup, Baby Kailan with Fresh Shitake Mushroom, and Garlic Prawns...

Nice Dinner, but a bit bland for my taste. The prawns don't taste good, the flesh is not sweet, is it because of too much freezing and thawing?

My doraemon gave me no flowers and a box of 16 pcs Ferroro Rocher Chocolates. I thought that the heart shaped one is more romantic... but hor... I really do not know what to say about him... Say until I'm so thirsty already...

However, he say will buy me half a dozen of flowers <- hopefully roses next week when the price is lower -_-" Our dinner is a not-so-romantic dinner at home, cooked by me. I thought the food was quite nice, but he did not like the tenderloin beef that I cook. I was thinking that's it's quite nice since it's pinkish on the inside. He also commented that the scallop got a seafood smell... How to remove that smell huh?
At least, we caught a lomantic movie, LOOK for a STAR, at Bishan GV. Nice movie. i'd think that all andy lau's movie are entertaining enough ;)

I think my pet in pet society, doralyn, had fared much better for valentine's Day.

Facial @ Modern Beauty (Giman)

Had a facial appointment at modern beauty (giman) chinatown outlet today with Vernice. I remembered when I missed the last appointment due to the Greenmark Manager Course Meeting, she told me about having dinner at a Vegetarian Restaurant alone. *paiseh*

Today, after walking along chinatown food street, looking for dinner, i asked her about the restaurant and we went to DELIVEGE for our dinner. Once we entered the little shop, the first thing i noticed is the poor ventilation inside the store, i could smell the grease from the kitchen immediately -_-

However, i got used to it shortly anyway. I ordered curry udon and Vernice ordered claypot rice. Both of us had Lemon, Orange & Carrot Juice as it mentioned "chronic fatigue fighter" =P. The waiteress recommended a mushroom side order which I find it very nice and would it to try it myself at home.

Monday Evening's Dinner

Today's dinner is a generous slice of pan grilled salmon with Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli. The best part in this plate is the crispy salmon skin which doraemon doesn't likes ;P

Happening Evening

Had a pretty Happening evening today. It was so fun and enjoyable.

Round 1, went to have Japanese Dinner at NANJYA Restaurant located at Clarke Quay, one of the favourite food i'd like there is the curry udon. One of the BEST which I had tried before ;P

Other food taste good also!!! Actually, nothing taste bad lah.. All food served there are SUPERB!!!

Round 2 went for a Short Champange Drink Celebration, at UE2, it have very big, comfortable and nice sofa. However, it is very pricey and there's a cover charge
Round 3 went for karaoke at a pub, quite nice, especially the birthday cakes from Canele ;P

Dinner at Yakinikutei Ao-chan

Had dinner at Yakinikutei Ao-chan located at Le Meridian Shopping Center. Dinner there is splendid except for the greasy after feeling. The meat there (beef) is simply superb!!! It's a MUST-GO place ;)

Sunday's Dinner - Seafood Mee Sua

We are putting the western food aside for something which my doraemon likes. It's instant oyster mee sua. but doraemon dont eat oyster lah... So hor.. Seafood loh... Put some prawns, mushroom and pacific clams (<- i'd like =P)

Still talking about Left Over Western food here, i think we'll have lotsa of food here. I think I'm getting the hang of the grill pan, this time round not bad hor, can see the grilled marks on the fish ;P

I'd like today's meal a lot, with Baked Potatoes, Corn, Cod Steak, Cream of Portobello Mushroom, Garlic Prawns

I've made a new discovery, now I know why the cod fish taste so sweet and tasty, cos they cost almost $8 per piece, I must have bought them in a rush. Expensive = GOOD?

New Year's Day Dinner

Cooked Dinner for Doraemon today, cos there's simply too much left over food from the dinner last saturday. Anyway, last saturday, we did not cook any cod fish, and the cod fish tasted so delicious... I'm loving my grill pan more and more =)

Post Xmas Dinner

Had a super busy & tiring Saturday. Doraemon had invited one of his colleague, Patrick, & his family, and his best friend Michael to our small amk home. I'm so busy doing this and that until halfway through, I'm going to give up cos my legs are so tired from standing.

The Menu includes,

• One Main Course (Beef Steak/Chicken Chop/ Pork Chop)
• Black Pepper Sauce if desired
• Cream of Chicken Mushroom
• Garlic Bread
• Green Salad
• Boiled Broccoli and Carrot
• Mashed Potatoes
• Grilled Chicken Mid Joints
• Garlic Prawns
• Mango Pudding for Dessert

I spent so much time preparing all the stuff that I had completely forgotten to take photos except for the green salad, which I feel it's so pretty that I must take a photo of it ;)

After sending the salad photo to Qi via email, i feel so hungry, that I went to cook the left over food, as another friend fly a small kite, so there's still a steak left ;P

Mashed Potatoes made from Russel Potatoes, doraemon doesn't like instant mashed potatoes cos he don't like the powdery taste -_-"

Whatever's left from the Saturday Dinner becomes my supper on Monday, Black Pepper Steak, Grilled Mid Joints, Coleslaw

I'd like the stripes on that piece of steak =P

The Most Boring Long Holiday

It's one of the most boring long holiday (Hari Raya) for me. I think I never went anywhere except for a funeral wake on Sunday Evening... Had even Instant Maggie Porridge in the Morning. Here's Doraemon's and My Dinner.
His Instant Meat Ball Porridge. Commented that Meatballs for Porridges should not be instant type, should be made from fresh minced meat -_-"Here's my tasteful dinner. Chicken Nuggets, Sotong Balls and French Fries. Plus delicious ketchup to go with the fries ;P

Tried to steamed some Minced Pork Egg (碎肉蒸蛋), but haiz.. not so nice again.. How come I dunno how to steam stuff?

This is one of the most enjoyable dinner I ever had, cos the food is simply heavenly :)

What's for Dinner? Pork Chops

Today's Dinner is Pork Chop. The Cream soup is created from scratch and it's so easy. I regretted so much for the one dozen of Campbell soup which I just bought from the supermarket. In future, I shall reduce my purchase of instant Campbell soup.

Dinner menu includes

• Cream of Mushroom and Vegetables
  Black Pepper Pork Chop
• Baked Potato (one shared by me and doraemon haha)
• Grilled Chicken Mid Joints
• Baked Egg Plant with Cheese, Sausage and Crab Sticks
• Boiled Broccoli and Carrots

What's for Dinner? Scallop Mee Sua

We went to Parkway Parade to get my handphone charger, followed by cycling at ECP. Then shopping for ingredients at Giant.

Tonight's dinner shall be Scallop Mee Sua... I would always prefered Oyster Mee Sua, but doraemon's tummy cannot take it one =(

I mixed the instant Oyster Mee Sua (百福蚵仔麵線)with chicken stock i prepared (cooked for more than 3 hrs, stored in the freezer). Added in ingredients like enoki mushrooms and scallops.. It's very difficult to get fresh scallop from supermarket. So we opt for frozen ones... Which one would u choose?

Food Testing Lunch at Ritz Carlton

My Dinner & Dance this year would be at Ritz Carlton. There happened to be 2 extra seats and I happened to be at the correct place at the correct time..... Muahaha.... equals free lunch....

This year D&D would be on 18th December 2008, Thursday Evening. The theme is "SHINE".....

Fish, Chips and Garlic Bread

Had fish, chips and garlic bread for dinner tonight. It's quite easy to cook as everything is inside the freezer. I like the chips with ketchup most.

Fresh potatoes would be best =P

What's for Dinner? Portobello Mushroom Pasta

I'm quite sick of instant noodles and decided to cook one week worth of pasta and stored them into the fridge to reduce my dinner preparation time. This is my 3rd bowl of pasta this week.

It's quite easy to cook, just add olive oil into pan, garlic, followed by mushroom, cooked pasta and pasta sauce, let it boil for a while and Dinner's done =)
