Had to blame my high expection and craze about otak-otak! Fang knew about it and given me a recipe to make some otak-otak.
I took some time to gather the ingredients and use my mini-chopper to chop chop & chop... :)
Hope that the ingredients are farmiliar to you, the more special ingredient is the ginger on the centre top. Ginger, Yellow Ginger, Blue Ginger.
Above is the finished product, although it can still be further improved, it really taste good! I will do a better one next time :)
I'm very satisfied at the first attempt doing 卤肉. Maybe it runs in the "hokkien blood". Of course next time will do better too :)

Ha ha ha, can't recognize it is an otak without the green leaf... At first I thought it is the skin of 燒肉... :P
