Opening Ceremony of my New Oven - Brownies

I'm so happy to buy a new oven, although it's not my dream one. I've choosen a cheap one because I want my built-in oven soon *hopefully*

So I'll have to made do with this lah... The features quite good lah, with rotisserie and oven light.

First attempt is baking brownies, the brownie is baking away inside the oven. The only thing I would like to have now is a digital scale. I use the traditional method of using a tablespoon for measurement of all the flour, cocoa powder, sugar etc....
This is the completed product, however it's difficult to cut as it's very soft & moist inside. I like the taste a lot, and had already got some ideas on how to improvise.
  • Further reduce the sugar
  • Get a digital scale to measure properly
  • do a smaller portion so that the brownie would not be so thick, it's almost 2" thick now!
  • Crush the walnut smaller so that it will be easier to cut when baked.
This is the finished product, can see that looks good right!
