Happy Portobello Mushrooms

After eating mushroom monsters from NYDC cafe & restaurants, I like the side dish so much that I decided to make some at home myself. I bought some mini portobello mushrooms, ham and swiss cheese, Put the prepared mushrooms into the oven and hey presto! The finished product is so delicious, that doraemon and me finished all the twenty over mushrooms in a snap!

What a nice Sunday Dinner =)

Added recipe as requested

Ingredients
Mushrooms (portobello mushrooms preferred =p)
Ham/Sausage (cut into small pieces)
Shredded Cheese

Lay the mushrooms with shredded ham/Sausage, then fill up with shredded cheese.
Heat it inside toaster over for about 10-12 minutes or when cheese are browned.
