
First, we do the dough with Rubbing-in Method. I dislike this method most cos my hands, fingers get tired so easily...
Next is kneading and resting the dough, we need to repeat 5 or 6 times every 15 minutes interval. Very tedious hor.

Resting the dough... Of course not here, Rest in the fridge:)While waiting through the interval, we started to prepare the fillings....
