Keelyn's cooking on Sunday evening!

Hi hi, Keelyn's cooking on sunday evening! It seems that I'm always cooking on sunday evening. Cos that's the only available free time which I can cook a full meal.

Today's meal shall be western food! I'll be cooking
  • Bread crumb Fish
  • Teriyaki Chicken
  • Side dish Broccoli & Carrot
  • Cream of Mushroom

Today, keelyn will teach u how to prepare the fish with bread crumbs. It's pretty easy, but need to follow leh. Before doing anything, need to marinade the fish with salt & pepper will do. There's other slightly complicated ingredients but I din use also...
Dip the fish in the 3 items as follows
  1. Flour (I think any type will do, I used corn flour)
  2. Egg
  3. Bread Crumbs (I added mixed herbs inside for extra fragrance)
Tips: I use left hand (the fish lah) for item 1 & 2; right hand for item 3.

I use Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade for the boneless chicken tight that I bought from the supermarket. Thus, only need to remove the disgusting white veins <- Should be veins hor. After that add a bit of oil to fry in the pan, can see lah, the chicken got lotsa of fat liao, so after frying for some time, the oil/fats of the chicken thigh will "come out". Doraemon removes his skin, but I dont :X

Today I added carrots too! broccoli only looks so DULL on the colours hor. Today I only boiled the veges in water with a dash of salt =)

TATA!!! The FINAL PRODUCT!

You know lan, the broccoli stalk, nobody wants to eat one! throw away also quite a waste. So I cut up the stalk into small dice and portobello mushrooms into small dices too. Tell u hor, portobello mushroom is the BEST mushroom I tasted loh. *wink*

I fried the diced ingredients in the pan. Need to fry for some time, if not there will be a smell from the mushroom. Dunno why, i dislike mushroom smell, is it only me? After that, I added a can of campbell potato soup. and TATA!!!!
