A bit of Hidden Luck?

It's almost 1am now, Closed to the end of the 2nd match of the day. Nope, we did not bet at all today. Ended up, all our choices are wrong!!! We got excuses like... different opinion, too tired etc. That's quite good the way it ended. If not we might lose quite a bit of $. So I ended up just watching the EPL matches on TV. I didn't know since when I developed the interest of watching soccer matches, I guess it just becomes a habit over time.

How's your weekend? Last night, I told myself that I must go back to office this sat morning to get my japanese language notes for sunday morning lessons. Ended up, I woke up at noon, played WC3 the whole day, cooked porridge with 4 dishes today. Nope, I din take any pixs either, cos today I failed =(

Porridge (pass) I cooked the porridge for a long period of time, and you won't feel the grains of the rice at all. I make sure I add lots of water to the rice.

Tofu & minced meat with bean sauce (pass) I use dao kua and seasoned minced pork. First I fry the dao kua and seasoned minced pork slightly, and I added a can of NARCISSUS PORK MINCE W/BEAN PASTE. The contents inside the can looks disgusting like a lump of shit. However, the final results really taste very good with porridge, and this is the only passing dish that I had prepared.

Steam egg custard with minced pork & century egg (fail) I tried to steam egg with minced pork & century egg. But doraemon doesn't find it delicious. It's really not so well done, I turned up the heat too much initially and the steamed egg turned soggy. For me, as long as there is century egg, I will finish it.

Caixin with Stewed Pork Leg (fail) The can of NARCISSUS PORK LEG W/MUSHROOM really harmed me a lot for this dish. When I open the can, there's one thick layer of oil, have to pour away the oil. Then left the pork leg, muchroom & chestnut. I had to take the bones off the pork leg. Wah lao eh... Really a lot of bones leh. My mistake is that I din take the skin off, I leave together with the dish, cos if i take the skin off as well, there's really nothing much left liao... muahaha.... This dish looks too oily for doraemon... But the pork leg is really nice, especially with fried beehoon :)

Luncheon Meat (fail) I fried some luncheon meat too. You must be guessing how come luncheon meat also will fail. Because hor. I leave the flame on to let the oil drain off naturally for a while. but... I forgotten to off it after a while. I was walking here and there, wondering what's the sizzling sound is. It was after some time then I realised that the flame is still on. Lucky I realised it before anything fatal happened, but the luncheon meat ended up quite hard.

ha ha ha... me too, like to walk around while fire is on...
next time try to put the Luncheon Meat in the oven. it's much more tasty then fry! Most importantly, can stay away from fire!
