So today, Elaine is going to cook the mushroom and I will be preparing two hard boiled eggs...
However, last night, I went to ST's house right? You see the kitchen, how to cook two hard boiled eggs... So this morning, I went to Ya Kun and bought a set, the two soft-boiled eggs, takeaway and leave it for the salad during lunch time. Clever me :)
However, the eggs are not cooked enough, So I decided to cook it inside a microwave oven. As the egg is soft boiled already, I cracked the shell a bit cos I'm scare that it will explode. I turn the timer to 3 minutes, 3 minutes should be safe enough...
After some time...
Elaine: hey I think the egg should be cooked already...
Keelyn: *sniff* Yah loh... (turn to stop the microwave)
Microwave: *BOMB*
Surrounding colleagues come and see what the noise is about....
Elaine & Keelyn: *paiseh*
Resultant....

Anyway, here's our salad of the day.
Ingredients:
Egg, Butterhead lettuce, born, Japanese Cucumber, Assorted Ham, Tomatos, shitake Mushroom etc.

actually some of my colleagues also bringing salads to work to eat at lunch... also look like yours lor... but i really too lazy! ughhh~ why am i so lazy?!
I've crack the shell just in case it explodes... but it still does :)
