Haha, Although I'm in construction industry. This is something I've only seen few times... Few times means less than 5 times. See those workers assemble and meet dunno what...The last time I have such meeting is when some worker violates in-house rules which might results in abortive work. Must give them working. My company very good one. Don't have daily meeting or morning exercise. =)
