Dish 1: Potato Salad
Salads are so easy to make. I can make a lot of types of salad.. hehe.. cos I'm in charge of the salad and dessert counter when I work at breekz mah... This version is a simplier version... Anyway, potato salad are easy to make. Boil Potato until soft, but not too soft lah... Can add other optional ingreadients like pickled cumcumbers, onions, boiled eggs, bacon bits etc.. then add some salt and pepper.. and it's done! Very easy one...
Dish 2: Portobello Mushroom in Black Pepper Sauce
This dish is like a failure, cos it doesnt taste nice at all. I must go surf net for a better way to cook portobello muchroom. Anybody got any idea?
Dish 3: Chicken Mid Joints with garlic and pepper
This one very easy to cook also, fry only. The seasoning is those little bottles types. I'm using frozen mid joints. Not so nice to eat. When cooking frozen food like these types, be sure to thaw fully, and cook at least 90%. If not, you will have the frozen smell when you bite into the chicken. So far, this one quite well done =)
Dish 4: Cream of Mushroom
This is normal campell soup. But I added some diced portobello mushroom also. Very nice, but must cook last, if not the soup will turn cold very fast. Must be very delicious cos ST finished most without asking me i want or not.
Hehe, I got some very CUTE Ice-cream. Shape of fish one.
See the inside. Vanilla with Red-bean paste. Very nice, a bit sweet only!

i'd suggest grilling the portabello mushrooms... then maybe add butter or something? or dribble some of the black sauce over grilled mushrooms instead of soaking the mushrooms in the sauce?? :p dunno... nv cook portabello mushrooms b4!! keke~ but, nice cooking! :D
