Takoyaki Fun

Hello, Today is Hari Raya Haji, but Some "DOGGIE" try to be pilot. You really think you can "fly an aeroplane" like pilot? Sorry loh, Pilot flying skills very good one hor.

Anyway, I took immediate action and jio my "back-up" NO 1, Maggie. We go for erm.... dunno lunch or dinner, at 4pm lidat, sakae sushi at cck. After that, we do what aunties will do... Go NTUC supermarket, buy some ingredients, then go to my home cook.

Today's theme is Takoyaki!

This is Maggie preparing the ingredients, I leh, do those easy stuff lah, like preparing the takoyaki pan, stiring the mixture, and most importantly, taking pix :)

This is the takoyaki pan filled with the mixtures we had prepared, There's ham, cheese, bacons, cabbages inside.
Cabbages is a MUST for takoyaki, Remember that!

The takoyaki is half done already, gotta turn and turn, timing and temperature control is very important!
