Beven's House Warming

Went to Beven's House warming at Boon Tiong Road (Near Tiong Bahru). It's a new four room flat located at 14th storey. Very nice decor with lots of lightings, too bad my digi cam is at work place. I asked about the renovation fees cos it's designed by interior designer. The Ans; S$50,000 inclusive of furnitures, is that expensive or average normal? =)
