Variety Dinner

Had ala carte dinner at Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel Keyaki. Appetiser. I also dunno what type of vegetables is this.
You can choose what you like apart from the menu.

Unagi Kabayaki. They grill from scratch one, at least 50% scratch hor. The ungrilled unagi looks very white in colour.

Hotate and Chicken with Leek. Both of which taste good.
Prawn. I'd like prawn a lot, and would only deshell my own prawn. Because eating a prawn deshell by other ppl completely lost the meaning of eating a shelled prawn.

When doraemon and I had prawns together for the first time together in a group. He insisted on deshelling for me, and I insisted on deshelling myself =P
Potatoes wrapped with bacon. Something is wrong with this dish. Is it the potatoes or the method?
Shisamo. This is also called pregnant fish. I think it taste better deep fried with a crispy light batter.
????. Forgotten the name already. It's some shell, but it's really too salthy for consumption to me.

Tofu. The actually name also forgotten. Quite nice, taste something in between tofu and Tao Pou.
Mushrooms. One of the essential for most girls favourite. I dunno how they cooked it. but it taste good, cos the mushrooms tastes so juicy.
Beef Kebah. This Kebah taste okay only, I'm beginning to like onions more and more. Haiz.. How to cook the kebah evenly? with the first piece of meat same doneness with the last piece?
Potatoes. I'd like potato with sour cream. Actually salt and butter taste good also, Maybe I scrimp on the seasonings.
Desserts are essential items for any meals. Had red bean ice cream, yummy =)

This meal is a very sumptuous meal with almost 15 types of different food. So yummy and enjoying.
