Sunday Dinner - Steamed Beancurd with XO Sauce, Fried Doumiao, Roasted Black Pepper Pork Ribs, Lotus Root & Peanut Soup

I did a sumptuous dinner this evening, the feedback wasn't so good.

Beancurd with XO Sauce. I still do not understand the theory of steaming, maybe that explains why I'm an electrical engineer instead of mechanical engineer.. haha

Fried Doumiao. It's one of my best attempt so far, with better flavour ;)

Black Pepper Pork Ribs. Bought these pork ribs from the wet market! I felt amazed at the price difference between wet market and supermarket (wet market is so much cheaper!). Taste not bad, but can be further improve! Will try to make JUICER pork ribs in future!

Lotus Roots and Peanut Soup. Looks simple but it taste great!
