Baking Blueberry Muffins with Qi

Had a last minute date with Qi. She's feeling not so well, so there's light dinner for her ;)

I had managed to convince her to try out my rosemary chicken mid joint.

Here is the blueberry muffins before putting them in the oven. We used premix blueberry muffins with fresh blueberries.

Here is the baked blueberry muffins.

Blueberry muffin taste Great! especially when the blueberries are so soft and melting ;)
