銀耳炖雪梨 Stewed Pear with White Fungus

This is a relative easy dessert selected by doraemon. Tried it and is successful the first time ;)

Ingredients (Serve 4):

8g white fungus

8g sweet and bitter almonds

2 Chinese Ya-li Pears

4 cubes rock sugar

3 cups boiling water

Method:

  1. Rinse all ingredients
  2. Soak white fungus in warm water until soft. Scald. Core and peel the pears. Cut them into halves.
  3. Put all ingredients into a double steamer. Top with boiling water. Stew for 1 1/2 hours. Serve.

Function:

It clears Heat and benefits the Lungs.
