Teriyaki Chicken Mid Joints and Eggplant with Cheese & Ham

I marinated the above chicken mid joints with kikkoman teriyaki marinade for a day, and toasted the mid joints in the toaster oven, 10 minutes on each side. Total preparation time (excluding marinting) = 20 minutes =)
There's still some cheese and ham left over, so I put them into egg plant cups. These egg plants are very delicious, from japan. I realised that they do not have so much seeds inside. This simple dish is easy to prepare and take very little cooking time. 10-12 minutes inside the toaster oven or when the cheese browns.

Recipe for Eggplant with ham and cheese
(Total cooking time: 10-12 minutes)

Ingredients
Eggplant
Ham/Sausage (cut into small pieces)
Shredded Cheese

Directions
Scope the flesh out from halves eggplant, cut the flesh into small pieces.
Fill the eggplant with mixture of shredded ham/Sausage, cut egg plant, shredded cheese.
Heat it inside toaster over for about 10-12 minutes or when cheese are browned.
