A Simple Fare

I always have this continuous craving for curry udon. I wanted to get some potatoes, carrots and udon from the small ang mo supermarket downstairs, but none was sold. So I dunno what driven me but I took a bus from ang mo kio avenue 10 to amk hub just to get the ingredients =P

I cooked this curry udon for myself, and it taste good! learned to cook the udon with the curry until it's very soft, just the way I like it! It's a vegetarian curry udon. No meat! Only potatoes, carrots and onions.
My Doraemon does not like curry udon, or rather japanese food. So he had "garlic chicken" instant noodles with taiwan saussage. Haha.. garlic chicken flavoured lah..
Today, I also crave for shitake mushroom tempura. So here is it!!! very very nice. Wish that all my mushroom lovers friends are with me to share!
