
It's the second attempt I tried to steam fish, and it's quite nicely done today. Today, The fish can be eaten leh... I boiled the water in the wok first, then put the fish (on a plate with all the mushroom) onto the support in the wok, cover the work, then turn the flame to low, Steam for 10 minutes, and hey presto, the fish is done nicely :)
