Am I so bad?

I know that this is evil of me to do this. but

1) I told (A) not to come to my office, he insisted
2) He asked me for his competitors' quantity, which I simply refuse to give.
3) He asked for the budget $$$ which his quotation should be, I say, wait till we get the job then say.
4) He ask for who are the contractor's which we quote, so that he can refer to them, I replied it's confidential
5) I hate his persistence, as if I owed him all these information
