Finally =)

Finally, I sold the 6230 for $180 dollars, closing bid is $181.. haha, not bad right? I can only trade in for $150 at singtel. But sad to say, there's some miserable parts in selling for a higher price. Today is a COMPANY OFF day for me. I had to work though, but not full day. I clocked in at 8:28am, not a bad record hor. So the way went on smoothly, haiz.. today only got one task, that is to input data to a PDF file, quite difficult leh, cos I had no acrobat, finally managed to do it with some help from a manager, So all those work and learning are completed at about 3++pm, which means I CAN GO HOME!!!! but alas, the buyer for my 6230 still had not phoned me for meeting place etc even though I messaged him once and phoned him once, so I waited patiently for him to call me...

Wait wait wait... How time just flies... It's almost close to 7pm... So I phoned ST and ST scolded me for being stupid, for the sake of the mere $30, wasted so much of my time waiting. Of course I tell ST that I would go home and give up the wait. But I would still give him a final call... Alas, the buyer brian finally picked up the phoned and we arranged to meet at city hall... So I clocked out at 18:51 =)

Afraid that I would have to wait for a long time, once I'm up the bus, I messaged brian, "I'm in the bus already, will reach in twenty minutes. See you at city hall mrt, uob bank." I thought that would keep me safe enough to not waste time. When I reach the bus stop near city hall mrt, I alight and walk towards the destination at a fast pace. Time to phone brian liao, I phone him..

Keelyn: Hello, I reached already, you reached already or not?
Brian: I reached liao, but I'm not sure where we are meeting..
Keelyn: huh?!?!?! *got such stupid people huh" You driving huh? that's why
you din know where is uob bank?
Brian: Yah, I driving.. You know where is penisula plaza exit?
Keelyn: The newspaper stand there huh?
Brian: Yah, that's the place, my car number is ....

Wah lau... before I know what's his car number, the line went dead. I phoned back a few time, sms him, but no use at all. The tone is not like battery flat leh.. What to do huh???? I walk to the exit which the newspaper stand is. Sian half loh, I just walked past there after alighting the bus... I continued to phone but still no use. So I waited there for a while first. Meanwhile, ST phoned to kan me liao. He already reached bishan and I'm still at city hall... I also know no use waiting there mah. but I keep a lookout for cars. haiz.. few past by, most are boyfriends and girlfriends one, of cos not brian the seller lah... Finally a black car stops and a tall guy with a nice build came out, after looking around, he went back to his car. I knew that he's the one and I go over, and ask,"Hello, are you brian?" It's just like those sort of IRC meeting that we always do while we're still schooling." BINGO! I got it liao, then he went back to his car. I blur liao loh. so I point to myself, point to the other front seat, and he asked me to go in.

Once I go into the car, I handed him the "loot" haha. and he did a through check, like the physical look, those code things, testing all the buttons, the sound etc etc. test ok liao. He handed me what I want.. The $180 dollars lah.. Happily, I took the cash and rush off to meet ST who's waiting for me =)

It's quite a new experience for me, I had closed my first transaction at ebay. Not bad right? but really tiring one loh. Lucky brian not bad looking hor, if fat, short and er-xin type of guy hor, I also sian half right?
